Invoice
An Invoice is send to confirm the contract between us and the Customer for the sale of Goods or Services by Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. to the Customer.
Customers can wire the funds to our bank. The Sale is final when the Payment is received on the Bank Account of Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. We reserve the right to decline to trade with any person or organisation.
In addition, and notwithstanding any other provisions of these conditions of sale, Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receipt by Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. of an order.
In the event that Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. declines to accept an order in respect of which payment has been received, the full amount of such payment will be refunded.
Prices
All prices for the Goods are in Euro and subject to Value Added Tax ("VAT", "BTW") at the relevant rate ruling on the date of despatch and do not include the cost of carriage, package, invoice or other charge which becomes payable under this Contract.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain the prices in the Website, Nijrolder Consultancy B.V. reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice.
Returns
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product.

Damaged or Dead on arrival
If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 3 days of accepted delivery. You will need to provide photos or video of the damage. We will work with you on an individual case basis to remedy the situation.
